Whole 30 Snacks & Products!

Whole 30 Snacks and Products

Happy Wednesday friends! Hope everything is going well for you. I’m glad to be back in the swing of things and I’m still kicking it with Whole 30. After a few changes and cleaning out my fridge, I’ve been able to stay on track! Of course, thanks to Whole 30, Pintrest, and the internet in general there are no shortages of recipes!

Now I know some people who are hardcore about Whole 30 will get onto me about the “no snacking” rule. If that’s you, then you can stop reading here. I know what my body needs and I tend to do multiple high intensity workouts throughout the week. Your girl has to eat! When I’m hungry, I make the conscious effort to eat and not stave for ANY reason. That being said, I still pick snacks that fall within the Whole 30 categories.

One of my favorite snacks has been almonds and cherry tomatoes. I’ll occasionally throw in some fruit. I like to eat a banana with a glass of almond milk as a quick snack. Malk Organics is a great brand because their Almond and Cashew Milk is totally Whole 30 compliant! If I want to change up my coffee, I’ll add a couple of splashes to my mug.

Epic bars is also an awesome snack. Some of their flavors do have sugar so you’ll have to do some reason. However I am LOVING their chicken sriracha bar. I’ve noticed that one bar is enough to satisfy me and hold me though my afternoon workout. I keep one in my purse at all times in case I find myself out and hunger strikes!

Another great Whole 30 company is Primal Kitchen. They have delicious spreads and dressings that are compliant. I made a mini snack plate last week with a bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and garlic aioli mayo. It’s a weird combo but it definitely hit the spot!

Finding little things like these is truly helping me get through Whole 30. I am doing this as a reset and focusing on nourishing my body with whole foods. If I am hungry and I don’t want a full meal, I will have a good snack. Whether you’re doing the program or not, give these snacks and products a try and see how you like them!

Have you done Whole 30 before?
