Leg Burner Workout!

Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful week! The sun has been shining here in Houston so other than dealing with the humidity, there’s really not complaints here. I thought I’d pop in for a quick post today to share a fun leg workout. This is a total leg burner workout and will be sure to get you sweating in no time. You can even take this outdoors if it’s a nice day! Whether you’re pressed for time or are traveling, this is a good way to get moving with very little equipment. Feel free to scale each move to your abilities!

Leg Burner Workout

 

  • Knee ups are where you step onto a platform and once both feet are on the platform, you raise your knee to your chest.
  • Sumo squats are where your feet are outside hip width apart.
