Inspiring Instagram Runners!

I know many of us get inspiration from social media. There’s a few professionals I follow but when it comes to inspiration for me, I like following other real life runners. Here’s a few of my favorite and the reasons why you should follow them as well!

Inspiring Instagram Runners

Kimberly – @runningonthefly

I’ve been following Kim for a while and I love that she keeps it real when it comes to her running. She shares how she swaps out runs when her body isn’t fully recovered and I’m a huge fan of that. She also makes up her own strength work circuits that are easy but sure to work up a sweat! One of my favorite things about her is that she’ll paint her nails and then go on a run while they dry! I think that’s pretty neat and a great way to make use of your time. Two birds, one stone am I right?

Brandy – @brandytherunner_

Brandy’s following has blown up! She kills it with the Reels because she has a great sense of humor. An Army vet and a mom, she shares her struggles with time management and trying to do it all. She’s knocked out some big goals and inspires everyone to dream big, no matter their shape and size. She shares her true reviews on products and will let you know if she doesn’t like something. If you want honesty, you can count on her!

Muriel – @tropicalfruittt

Muriel is a runner I met in a local run group. She always has a smile on her face and no goal is too big to conquer. She recently knocked out a triathlon and is working her way through all the World Major Marathons. As a Latina who’s a huge lover of summer, you are sure to see her wearing a bright pair of sun glasses and a hat while she knocks out some miles.

These are some of my favorite ladies to follow and cheer on. There’s plenty of other runners I look up to and follow on social media but I wanted to let you share some of yours! Who’s a runner you follow on social media that inspires you?
