Happy Friday! I hope you’re having a wonderful day! It’s been a bit of a busy week with work as well as trying to stay cool in this heat. Anyone else done with summer? I have a pretty quick recipe that I use for my recovery smoothies. The main ingredient is Unico Nutrition protein powder.
